Note that a proof of your IBS-member or student status may be requested by the Conference Office after you have registered.
Of course, above does not apply to "IBS Non-member" registration category.

Changes to your original application
Changes to your original application for registration will be charged a handling fee of 25 Euro (change of registrant and etc.).
Important! We kindly ask you not to create duplicate registrations. If an error occurred or you provided incorrect information, please contact the conference mailbox and the administrators will make the necessary corrections. (this does not involve additional charges).
A handling fee of 25 Euro per duplicate record will be charged for removing duplicated entries.
Workshops
You can learn more about workshop and short courses programme here.
All workshops are additionally paid (not included in the registration fee). You might sign-up for a chosen workshop/workshops during your conference registration.
All workshops take place on 18th of May 2026.
You might either choose (this is optional):
- one full-day workshop
- one half-day workshop
- two half-day workshops
Note: This tour is not available. All places for the trip are fully booked.
Invoice Information
Due to new regulations introduced in Poland in 2026, invoices are now issued exclusively in electronic form through the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), the central government platform for issuing and receiving invoices. To facilitate integration with this system, the Conference Office uses the Saldeo platform. All invoices related to CEN 2026 registration will be sent from this email address – biuro@saldeo.pl. Please note that emails from this address may include notifications about issued invoices.
